Thit Rang
2 servings / 30 minutes preparationIngredients:
- 150 g pork belly
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 g pepper
- 30 g sugar
- 20 g fish sauce
- 5 g salt
- 20 g oyster sauce
- 20 g spring onion
- 2 fried eggs
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- 2 servings of jasmine rice
- 2 g white sesame seeds
- 100 ml water
Instructions:
- Mix oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
- Cut the pork into cubes and slowly fry on a hot pan until golden.
Remove half of the fat rendered from the meat. - Roughly chop the shallot and garlic, then add them to the meat. Add the marinade.
- Cook the meat until tender and lightly caramelized. Finally, add the chopped spring onion.
- Serve the meat on a plate with rice, fried eggs, and sliced pickles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Salad Ga Cay
(Spicy Chicken Salad)
30 minutes preparation
Ingredients:
- 150 g chicken breast
- 100 g mixed salad
- 30 g sweet corn
- juice of 1.5 lemons (approx. 40 g)
- 5 g salt
- 100 g oil
- 1 hot chili pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 30 g arugula
- 20 g mint
- 20 g coriander
- 50 g sweet chili sauce
- 1 shallot
- 20 g ginger
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with ginger, salt, shallot, three cloves of garlic, and oil. Fry in a pan or bake in the oven.
- Mix the salad with herbs and corn.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, chili pepper, and a pinch of salt. Combine the sauce with the chicken.
- Place the salad mixed with chicken in a deep plate and add some oil from the chicken. Add chili to taste if desired.

Mi Xao Ga So M 44
(Noodles with Chicken)
40 minutes preparation
Ingredients:
- 150 g chicken meat (breast or thigh)
- 50 g oyster sauce
- 3 g salt
- 1 g pepper
- 10 g sugar
- 20 g ginger
- 20 g light soy sauce
- 1 onion
- 4 Vimixa egg noodles
- 2 spring onions
- 50 g leek
- 1 carrot
- 150 ml oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken into strips. Marinate with 20 g oyster sauce, ginger, half the onion, salt, sugar, and pepper. Heat oil and fry in a pan until golden.
- Soak the egg noodles in warm water for 2 hours, then drain.
- Cut the leek and carrot into strips, slice the spring onion.
- Add oil, chopped onion, and eggs to a hot pan. Then add noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Finally, add vegetables and mix everything well.

Wrap Tofu
(Asian-style Tempeh)
20 minutes preparation
Ingredients:
- 150 g tofu or tempeh
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 20 g spring onion or chives
- 10 g sriracha chili sauce
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lemon
- ½ cucumber
- 50 g romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 15 g coriander
- 15 g mint
- 2 tortillas
Instructions:
- Cut the tofu or tempeh into sticks and fry.
- Prepare the mayonnaise dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Place lettuce, sliced tomato, tofu/tempeh, mayonnaise dressing, mint, and coriander in a tortilla. Wrap it up and lightly toast in a pan.
